I’m Amelia Palmer. As a nurse and a busy mom I understand first hand what it’s like to try to maintain a healthy schedule and life. I have struggled all my life to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to CNY Wellness I was able to achieve that. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.
Sheila McGuire
Nurse Practitioner
I’m Sheila McGuire NP. As a Nurse Practitioner, I’ve had a great career. I’ve worked in the specialty of weight loss and aesthetics, for the past 10 years.
Before that I had a rewarding career working as an NP in pediatrics.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and relaxing at the lake.
